Kitchen Collective is a non-profit shared commercial kitchen that provides affordable, licensed workspace and professional equipment to local food entrepreneurs. By offering a collaborative environment, the organization lowers the high barrier to entry for culinary start-ups and small businesses that cannot yet afford their own brick-and-mortar locations.
