A Certified Public Accountant, Powell earned a BS Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. He has been the President and CEO of Desco Federal Credit Union since 2000. He serves as Board Chairman and is on the Investment Committee.

Treasurer of the Board, Esham earned a BS Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has a long history of working in the health care profession. She also serves on the Donor Services Committee.

A long-time educator and administrator at Shawnee State University, Barbara served in various capacities there from 1986 – 2012 before retiring. She earned a PhD Degree in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University, a MS Degree in Education from the University of Dayton and a BS degree in Education from OU. She is also a member of the Donor Services Committee.
