Who can apply?
Those who are planning to attend a college or university in the fall. Students pursuing an undergraduate, medical, or architectural degree from Scioto, Adams, Pike, Jackson, or Lawrence counties in Ohio and Greenup or Lewis counties in Kentucky are eligible.
