UCAN Advisor, Wilcox earned a BS Degree in Psychology from the University of Findlay and a MA Degree in Counseling from Heidelberg College. She has been with the Foundation since 2019.

Chair
A Financial Advisor, High earned a BS Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She has been a financial advisor for Edward Jones since 1999. She also serves on the Investment Committee.
Debra Esham
Treasurer
Treasurer of the Board, Esham earned a BS Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has a long history of working in the health care profession. She also serves on the Donor Services Committee.
Joshua Howard

An Attorney, Howard earned a Juris Doctor and an LL.M Degree in Business and Taxation from Capitol University. He has been a principal of Johnson, Oliver & Howard since 2010. He serves on the Investment Committee and is chairman of the Grants Committee
Barbara Bradbury
Board Member
A long-time educator and administrator at Shawnee State University, Bradbury served in various capacities there from 1986 – 2012 before retiring. She earned a PhD Degree in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University, a MS Degree in Education from the University of Dayton and a BS degree in Education from OU. She is also a member of the Donor Services Committee.
Chris Hamilton

A seasoned financial professional, Hamilton has 29 years’ experience in lending and financial services at DESCO Federal Credit Union, where he currently serves as Vice President of Lending. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Shawnee State University, where he was on the President’s List, Dean’s List, and a member of the Society for the Advancement of Management.
