Last Monday, the Scioto Foundation attended the City of Portsmouth City Council meeting. Councilman Andy Cole presented Scioto Foundation representatives with a proclamation for Scioto Foundation’s 50th Anniversary. The following day marked Scioto Foundation’s official 50th anniversary date.
