PLT has been going strong since 1948. The first show was My Sister Eileen, directed by Barbara Robinson Webb, author of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. The current home of PLT was originally a movie theater, Doc Metro's Strand, and it has seen over six decades of drama (comedies and musicals).
