Last summer the Scioto Foundation Board of Governors awarded a grant of $7,520 to the South Central Ohio Educational Center from the Virginia Smith Wolfe Fund. This grant partially supported the Scioto County Honors Music Festival, the Visually Literate High School Art Show at Shawnee State University, the Youth Art Month Exhibit at the Portsmouth Public Library, the Memory Project participation and preparation and the ESC Artist-in-Residence Program.
Last Tuesday was the Scioto County Honors Concert at SSU.
